Southern Holiday Plantation Markets
The first twelve vendors accepted will be provided with a tent (10’ x 10’) – simply bring a table/chairs and set up your goods for a day of holiday fun. Please note: NO ELECTRICITY WILL BE PROVIDED UNLESS REQUESTED IN ADVANCE. Also, please keep in mind that these are outdoor venues, open to American Queen Steamboat Company Passengers, as well as the general public.
FOR EACH MARKET DATE, a $50.00 deposit will be collected (apart from vendors who participated in our Markets survey sent out early in February this year) to reserve a Vendor Station and Tent. Upon completion in the Markets they sign up for, this deposit will be totally refunded. Any cancellations with less than twenty-four hours’ notice and no-shows will forfeit this deposit.
We are always looking for new vendors every year. For every vendor you refer, you will receive a $50.00 incentive check after the markets are complete and the referred vendor completes their participation. Referred vendors must fill out an application and be approved.
Please join us in as many dates as possible, but for only one port of call, as we create a festive atmosphere throughout the Mighty Mississippi River Region. On the application, please select each date and time you wish to participate.
